Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include handling administrative and operational tasks such as documentation, data entry, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with the bank's guidelines. The role entails coordinating with different departments to manage back-office functions efficiently and providing support to the sales and finance teams. Attention to detail and adherence to timelines are crucial components of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations, including documentation and data entry.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of Sales processes and support responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and financial services operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient workflow.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, with expertise in MS Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the banking sector or finance industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
