Mavenbird Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all back-office operations, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Manage notices, letters, and official communication on behalf of the company.
- Verify employee job profiles, documents, and onboarding details.
- Oversee daily office activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
- Manage and coordinate company events, celebrations, and internal activities.
- Maintain office supplies, infrastructure, and liaise with vendors for upkeep.
- Assist HR/Management with routine tasks, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Maintain data records, employee files, and administrative logs.
- Support the management team with any additional administrative tasks when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in Back Office, Admin, or Office Coordination roles.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Experience managing office maintenance, vendors, or event coordination is a plus.
