Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include handling office operations, Handling Enquiry & Quotation, Follow Ups, and Dispatches. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for effectively managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Knowledge and hands on Experience with MS Office
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales-related processes
  • Basic understanding and skills in Finance operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
