We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our operations team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain back office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Process and handle documentation, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
  • Support in maintaining inventory and order processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of data management and administrative processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and databases is a plus.
