We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our operations team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain back office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process and handle documentation, including data entry and record keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
- Support in maintaining inventory and order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of data management and administrative processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and databases is a plus.
