We are looking for a motivated Back Office Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to gain experience in a supportive office environment and develop their skills in administration and operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and support the operations team.
- Maintain and organize files and records for easy retrieval.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of data entry and database management.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
