Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Backend Developers to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend technologies, API development, and database management, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and REST APIs
• Build scalable and high-performance microservices-based applications
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of applications
• Optimize database queries and improve system efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps)
• Participate in code reviews and best practices implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in backend programming (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture
• Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with frameworks like:
• Java Spring Boot
• Python Django / Flask
• Node.js Express
• Understanding of API security (OAuth, JWT)
• Familiarity with version control (Git).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in high-scale or banking/fintech systems
• Understanding of event-driven architecture & caching (Redis)
