XAP Edubots Technologies Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing Ed-Tech company headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The company has carved out a significant niche in the education sector by focusing on experiential learning—specifically through Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and comprehensive STEM-based programs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Senior Manager of B2G Sales to lead our government and institutional partnership efforts. In this critical role, you will be the face of XAP Edubots to various state and central government departments. You will navigate complex government procurement cycles, drive large-scale public sector initiatives to fund comprehensive educational rollouts.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Sethi Colony (Near Raja Park) Jaipur, with frequent travel required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Liaising & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and government bodies to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Build a strong network across state nodal agencies to position XAP Edubots as a preferred partner for educational technology solutions.

2. Tender Management & Policy Navigation

  • Deeply understand and navigate government guidelines, procurement policies (GeM portal), and compliance requirements for state and national-level tenders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and bid for relevant government tenders (e.g., establishing Balvatikas, smart classrooms, STEM programs, etc).
  • Oversee the end-to-end drafting, submission, and follow-up of complex technical and financial proposals.

3. Strategic Presentations & Solution Pitching

  • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and product demonstrations to government committees and decision-makers.
  • Tailor pitches to align directly with current government mandates, such as National Education Policy (NEP 2020) objectives, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) targets, and Teaching-Learning Material (TLM) distributions.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in B2G Sales, institutional sales, or government consulting, largely within the Education/Ed-Tech sector.
  • Core Skills:
  • Exceptional Presentation Skills: Ability to command a room and clearly articulate the value of tech-based education to senior bureaucrats.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Thorough understanding of government functioning, Samagra Shiksha frameworks, and public procurement rules.
  • Persuasive Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken), with the ability to draft impeccable formal proposals and cover letters.

Attributes: High emotional intelligence, extreme patience for long government sales cycles, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively for state-level meetings.
