Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing retailers, wholesalers, and clients, ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clinics.
  • Conduct regular call audits to monitor communication quality, professionalism, and conversion capability.
  • Track and review key performance metrics call volume, lead conversion, follow-up quality, and target achievement.
  • Coach and develop team members on effective selling, negotiation, and product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align on pricing, leads, and fulfillment.
  • Develop growth strategies for regional and national B2B expansion.
  • Prepare and share performance reports and insights with senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 1- 2 years leading a sales team.
  • Proven experience handling retail and wholesale clients; skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG background preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
