Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Growth Associate. The Growth Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, driving marketing campaigns, assisting in sales strategies, and managing various client and internal projects. The role emphasizes effective collaboration across teams, strategic contributions to business growth, and proactive client engagement for expanding the company's reach and impact.

• Analytical thinking and result-driven mindset are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-learning or education technology sectors is a plus.
