Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Enterprise Accounts

Location: Gurgaon- Work from Office

Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Executive focused on enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, experimenting with outreach strategies, and supporting our outbound sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  •  Lead Generation & Research
  • Identify and build targeted lead lists across enterprise industries and geographies.
  • Research and segment leads based on buyer personas and company attributes.
   Outreach & Engagement
  •   Explore and experiment with new channels such as LinkedIn, Apollo.io, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and email.
  •   Assist in drafting and personalizing outreach messages to drive higher engagement.
  •   Track outreach metrics and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates.
   Data Management
  • Maintain and update lead databases using Sheets, CRM tools, and other sales platforms.
  •  Ensure data hygiene and accurate segmentation for targeted campaigns.
   Sales Support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support daily lead generation, research tasks, and campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in sales tools, outreach strategies, and enterprise buyer behavior.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •  1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales development (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech industries).
  •  Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms like Apollo.io, Salesloft, or Lemlist.
  •  Strong research and analytical skills.
  •  Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.

  •   Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

 

Nice to Have:

 

  •  Prior experience targeting enterprise clients.
  •  Exposure to AI, SaaS, or automation tools.
  •   Basic understanding of sales funnel metrics and reporting.
