About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales professional with strong connections in the real estate ecosystem. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with property dealers, channel partners, brokers, and real estate firms to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a strong network of property dealers, brokers, and channel partners across Delhi NCR
- Build strategic partnerships with real estate developers and agencies for business opportunities
- Generate leads and close B2B deals to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners
- Identify new market opportunities within the real estate ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, customer success) to ensure smooth execution
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Represent Amenify in meetings, events, and networking forums
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales / real estate partnerships
- Strong existing network of property dealers / channel partners / brokers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of the real estate market (Delhi NCR preferred)
- Self-driven, street-smart, and result-oriented
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
- High level of motivation and a target-driven attitude.
