Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Reach out to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) to promote and offer steel wire products.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize quotations, payment terms, delivery terms, and ensure successful order execution through to payment receipt.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth process flow and timely delivery.
  • Client Analysis: Analyze client credibility and assess risk factors before confirming or placing orders.
  • Payment Follow-up: Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Customer Visits: Visit key customers at regular intervals and build strong rapport with their Quality, Production, and Management teams to support long-term partnerships.
