Role Purpose: As our Salesforce Business Development Manager, you will own revenue growth by selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services to small and mid-market clients across the UK,US and other global markets. You will hunt for new opportunities, open doors through your Salesforce ecosystem network, and convert leads into long-term, high-value client relationships through consultative selling.
The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, understand Salesforce services inside out, and know how to leverage partnerships, alliances, and industry connections to consistently build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
What You'll Do: • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and inbound inquiries.
• Leverage your current network to solicit and provide our Salesforce consulting services.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and handoff to delivery.
Must-haves: • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in B2B Salesforce ecosystem sales in IT consulting or account management experience.
• Established partnerships within the Salesforce OEM ecosystem and relationships with Salesforce partner managers and account executives. • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products, modules, and ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce) and familiarity with Salesforce certifications, AppExchange solutions, and partner programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
