We partner with property buyers, sellers, builders, developers, and homeowners to streamline and accelerate property documentation across the real estate lifecycle. Our services include legal verification, sale agreements, sale deeds, khata transfers, property registration, power of attorney, BESCOM name transfers, and property tax services.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive partnerships and revenue growth from institutional clients—builders, developers, real estate agencies, property management firms, and channel partners. You will own the entire B2B sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised property documentation solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients including builders, developers, real estate brokerages, legal firms, and housing finance companies across Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets for B2B services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasting and weekly pipeline reviews to leadership.
- Conduct needs-assessment meetings with prospective clients to understand their property documentation requirements and propose tailored service packages.
- Negotiate commercial terms, draft proposals, and close deals for bulk/retainer-based service agreements.
- Nurture and deepen relationships with existing key accounts to drive repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the legal, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfilment for B2B clients.
- Represent us at industry events, real estate expos, builder association meetings, and networking forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in Bengaluru's real estate ecosystem to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports, client feedback summaries, and market intelligence to the management team.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate services, proptech, legal services, or related professional services.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, property documentation processes, and the regulatory landscape in Karnataka.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level sales cycles, from lead generation through contract negotiation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
- Existing network within the Bengaluru real estate builder/developer community is a strong advantage.
