Role Purpose :

We are hiring for the role of Enterprise Sales with high entrepreneurial with High ownership and accountability orientation. This is a Business Development role (Hunter) profile, experience in solution sales and/or rewards solutions will be preferred.

The Responsibilities we entrust you with :

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect and onboard new corporate clients as per monthly target for prepaid gift cards , trade(channel, influencer) loyalty solutions and Consumer promotions. This will require an acumen to understand the current practices at the client and the fitment of our solutions to better the existing arrangements and help the client scale his deliverables.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Solution Selling: Identify and sell solutions such as trade loyalty, sales incentives, consumer promotions, and influencer loyalty programs.
  • Market Expansion relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations to drive bulk purchases and solution adoption.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales techniques to maximize conversion rates and client retention.
  • Negotiation s Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the prepaid gift card and loyalty solutions space.

What matters in this role:

  • Experience:5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably in prepaid gift cards, loyalty solutions, or B2B financial products.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of acquiring new logos and achieving revenue targets.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Highly resilient: to thrive in fast-paced multicultural environment.
