Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Executive - Field Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also entails market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales and Field Sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated capacity for market research and identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Goal-driven mindset with skills in planning and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a field sales role in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience within the FMCG, retail, or corporate sector is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
