- Reporting to: Sales Manager
The Role: This is a
100% on-field role. You will be responsible for daily ground-level business development, targeting high-volume sectors. Strictly no office desk work—your office is the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to Hotels, Corporates, Warehouses, and Industrial Areas (Peenya, Jigani, Hoskote, etc.).
- Pitch our range of sustainable packaging (EPE nets, honeycomb paper, stretch films) and EnviHome corporate gifting/utility ranges.
- Manage the full sales cycle: Lead generation → Product Demo → Negotiation → Closing.
- Collection Focus: Ensure timely payment collection from clients to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Salary & Benefits
- Daily Allowance (TADA): ₹200 per day.
- Incentives: Highly attractive commission structure based on Sales Targets AND Collections.
