Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a B2B Sales Executive - Field Sales. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with corporate partners. The role involves presenting product solutions, achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional post-sales support. The Sales Executive will also analyze market trends, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to strategizing for business development initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building, Networking, and Client Communication
  • Understanding of Market Analysis, Sales Strategies, and Negotiation Techniques
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets consistently
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the consumer goods, retail, or distribution industry is a plus
