Adhi Annam Coir is an ISO-certified manufacturer based in Coimbatore, producing coconut coir-based bubble wraps, pallets, void fillers, crates, and cushioning for export and domestic industries. Our products replace wood (ISPM-15) and plastic packaging.
We are expanding our sales network and looking for experienced B2B professionals in Chennai, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai.
Role:
- Connect and arrange meetings with Procurement / Supply Chain / Sustainability heads in manufacturing/FMCG companies and make the initial pitch
- Hand over to our team for sampling, technical discussions, and closure
Compensation:
- Payout for every qualified meeting
- Commission on completed orders
- Repeat orders = ongoing commission (packaging is consumable)
Key selling points:
- ISPM-15 exempt (no fumigation required for exports)
- Plastic-free alternatives aligned with EPR requirements
- 30-40% lighter than wood (freight savings)
- 2–3 week turnaround for custom samples
Who should apply:
- 10+ years of experience in the packaging side of B2B / industrial / manufacturing / FMCG / logistics sales
- Existing relationships in industrial clusters (MIDC, GIDC, SIDCO, etc.)
- Independent consultants or semi-retired professionals with strong networks
