Role Summary:
The Head of SCM will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, cost optimization, supplier performance, and on-time delivery to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supply chain: planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory
- Develop and execute global/regional SCM strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and contract negotiations
- Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process optimization
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with business requirements
- Lead and mentor SCM teams and track KPIs
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, and demand planning
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing / automotive / industrial environments preferred
