We are seeking a strategic and visionary Design Head to lead the Architecture and Design function. This role will drive design excellence, innovation, and business-aligned outcomes across all projects, while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Architecture & Design team
- Define and implement design strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee end-to-end design lifecycle across multiple projects
- Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and project teams for integrated delivery
- Drive innovation in planning, sustainability, and customer-centric design
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in real estate/construction design, with leadership exposure
- Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
- Strong portfolio in residential/villa/plot developments
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-value projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
