Job Title: B2B Sales Manager
Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon
About The Role
We're looking for someone who can own B2B revenue end to end. This role is not just about closing deals, it's about building relationships, opening new channels, and driving consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across relevant segments (corporates, distributors, HoReCa, modern trade, etc.)
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure → onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Create and execute account-wise sales plans
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts regularly
- Gather market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG / food / D2C preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to open doors and build partnerships from scratch
- Good understanding of distribution and institutional sales
- Ownership mindset, someone who doesn't wait for instructions
