Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sholinganallur for a B2B Sales Associate. The B2B Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue generation. Key responsibilities include lead generation, conducting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and meeting targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining a customer-centered approach.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills: Strong ability in B2B sales, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Tools: Knowledge of tools for tracking sales pipelines and managing customer interactions.
  • Understanding of the Healthcare Industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve independent sales targets.
