Role: B2B Lead Generation Associate (US Staffing)

We are a growing recruitment/staffing firm focused on helping US and Canada based companies hire top remote talent.
We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Associate to build outbound pipelines and book qualified meetings with decision-makers in the US/ Canada market.
What You'll Do:
- Research and identify US companies actively hiring
- Build targeted prospect lists (HRs, Talent Heads, Founders)
- Execute LinkedIn and cold email outreach campaigns
- Generate and qualify leads for staffing services
- Book meetings with potential clients
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales
- Strong LinkedIn and email outreach skills
- Bonus: Experience in US staffing/recruitment industry
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs (meetings booked, replies, etc.)
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, etc.
- Understanding of US/Canada hiring market
Compensation:
- Fixed + performance incentives based on meetings booked and deals closed
