Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in B2B prospecting, cold outreach, and IT sales.
This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and automation tools, specifically for identifying and targeting clients looking for website development, app development, digital marketing, IT solutions, CRM, Digital Content and AI automation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Generate qualified B2B leads for website development, app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL, email databases, and cold calling.
• Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads, and IT Heads.
Outreach & Initial Engagement
• Execute cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp marketing
• Share company introduction and understand basic client requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members.
• Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
Lead Qualification & CRM Management:
• Qualify leads and profiling based on business need and interest.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
• Update lead status and follow-up details regularly.
Pipeline & Reporting:
• Maintain daily and weekly lead generation reports.
• Track KPIs like leads generated, meetings scheduled, and response rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation (IT/Digital Agency preferred).
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Good understanding of website development and digital marketing services.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• WhatsApp & Email marketing
• Comfortable working with lead-based targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with IT companies or digital agencies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
