About the Role
Union Living is looking for a driven B2B Executive to strengthen our business development funnel. This role focuses on generating qualified B2B leads and booking meetings with potential partners, institutions, corporates, and channel partners for our premium co-living and student accommodation offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects aligned with Union Living's offerings
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, scale, and intent
- Book and coordinate meetings for the sales / partnerships team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and meetings in CRM or trackers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach messaging and targeting
- Share regular reports on leads generated, meetings booked, and conversion metrics
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and structured follow-ups
- Ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email automation is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Tourism, Marketing, or Hospitality background preferred
