AWS support Engineer
Experience Required:
5+ years of total IT experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AWS Cloud support
Work Timings:
US Shift (Starting 6:30 AM EST)
India Time: From 5:00 PM -1 AM onwards
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Support Engineer with strong expertise in AWS End User Computing services including AppStream, WorkSpaces, RDS, and RDP support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, administration, and support of AWS cloud environments and must hold a valid AWS Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for AWS Cloud infrastructure and end-user computing services
Manage and support AWS AppStream, AWS WorkSpaces, RDS, and RDP environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure and connectivity issues
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations
Handle patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization
Work closely with US stakeholders during US business hours
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud services
Experience in:
o AWS AppStream
o AWS WorkSpaces
o Amazon RDS
o RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
Good understanding of VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, Security Groups, and Networking
Experience in monitoring tools and logging services
Knowledge of Windows Server administration
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (mandatory for US shift role)
Mandatory Requirements:
AWS Certification (Associate level or above) Mandatory
Willingness to work in US hours (5 PM IST onwards)
Strong incident handling and support experience
