AVP, IT Professional Services Vendor Management

• Track and report all of the Bank's technology professional services contracts and suppliers, working collaboratively with stakeholders
• Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships delivering IT professional services across multiple business units
• Serve as primary liaison between strategic suppliers and the bank, facilitating meetings and communications to ensure best outcomes
• Ensure proactive, efficient vendor and contract management including segmentation, key controls, risk mitigation, and performance management
• Prepare and review Supplier Tear Sheets for use by senior leadership in supplier meetings
• Support business efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier rationalisation projects
• Ensure all arrangements align with Group Key Risk Owner Standards under Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory reviews; assist Risk and Compliance teams with audit closure
• Ensure adherence to group TPRM policies throughout the vendor contract lifecycle

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure proper documentation for high-criticality contracts in compliance with vendor risk policies and regulations
• Advise on contractual clauses and obligations
• Manage and report compliance to contract milestones
• Address unmet contractual deliveries in coordination with service owners and contract managers
• Oversee contract changes with Global Supply Chain Management and Legal
• Collaborate with Category Managers for contract negotiation and renewal
• Monitor contractual obligations and help resolve commercial disputes via commercial governance
• Support governance meetings with contract management tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with financial teams for reporting and Supply Chain/Legal for contract delivery issues
• Propose process improvements and operational efficiencies
