Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and leasing of commercial real estate assets. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and leasing of commercial properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through market outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and finalize deals, ensuring smooth and successful closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
