Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and leasing of commercial real estate assets. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and leasing of commercial properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through market outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize deals, ensuring smooth and successful closures
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Mentor and manage team members to drive performance and achieve targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the real estate sector, with a focus on commercial properties
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing, property valuation, and market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills (including conveyancing knowledge)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close high-value transactions
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
