We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer who will be responsible for training and grooming aspiring cabin crew candidates. The trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions focusing on aviation standards, personality development, communication skills, and industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for cabin crew aspirants
- Train students on aviation protocols, safety procedures, and in-flight services
- Develop and deliver modules on:
- Grooming & Personality Development
- Communication & Spoken English
- Interview Preparation (Airlines)
- Customer Service & Hospitality
- Provide mock interview sessions and assessment feedback
- Ensure students meet airline industry standards in terms of personality, confidence, and communication
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records
- Organize workshops, activities, and grooming sessions
