Role Description

We are seeking an Aviation Counsellor for a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The candidate will assist individuals interested in pursuing careers in aviation by providing guidance on suitable programs, course selections, and career pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries related to aviation programs, maintaining records of client interactions, and developing personalized counseling strategies to meet the needs of prospective students. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.

Qualifications

• Proven counseling abilities and strong communication skills to engage and assist individuals effectively.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry, including educational programs, career paths, and industry requirements.
• Ability to research, analyze, and present information to support clients in making informed decisions.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills for managing client data and tracking progress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant tools for preparing presentations and maintaining documentation.
• Capability to adapt to changing trends and continuously learn to improve counseling services.
• A positive attitude and empathetic approach toward guiding individuals on their career journeys.
• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
