Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Manage the assigned Channel base & Source new channel partners
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of real estate properties.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and networking opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product offerings.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiating and closing abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
