Analysis of Automotive Technologies
- Tracking competitors long-term and short-term model strategy to prepare benchmarking report.
- Design/cost/weight analysis and performance evaluation of new technologies.
- Analysis summary reporting and support to engineering team.
Competency Requirements:
- Basic understanding of automotive industry (India & global market), vehicle segments, Indian consumers understanding, and competition scenario.
- Should be able to provide insights for implementing strategies that prioritize customer needs and preferences.
- Should be well versed with latest happenings and emerging technologies in the automobile industry and should be able to gauge their impact on MSIL models.
- Knowledge of existing and upcoming Indian and global automotive regulations (safety and emissions, etc.).
- Understanding and hands-on experience on market issues.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability, project management skills.
- Good listening ability, leadership skills, and team player.
- Driving experience preferred.
