Automic/UC4 Specialist

Role: Automic/UC4 Specialist

Location: Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Automic/UC4 production environments

• Workflow scheduling, job troubleshooting, and operational support

• Handle SFTP, file transfer workflows, and automation processes

• Support platform stabilization, recovery procedures, and high availability activities

• Work closely with internal users and support Slack-based operational channels

• Assist in migration initiatives from UC4 to Apache Airflow

• Support workflow documentation and knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Automic/UC4

• Experience in workload automation, job scheduling, and troubleshooting

• Good understanding of workflow orchestration and production support

• Exposure to SFTP/file transfer management

• Knowledge of Apache Airflow and Python is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
