Job Description: Automation Tester with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing and execution of Selenium, Cucumber and Java based test automation applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in Core java, Selenium and Automations.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Core Java, Selenium

Good Knowledge on Web Environment, Web Elements and Operations on the Web Elements

Basic Understanding of Functional and Regression Test Automation

Good knowledge on Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid)

Strong Knowledge of Java Programming

Debugging Test Cases and Fixing Errors Generating Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium Element locators and WebDriver API Commands.

Strong knowledge in BDD approach

Implementing JUnit / TestNG/Maven Test Automation framework and developing automation infrastructure

Having good knowledge on Agile methodologies Scrum

Key Responsibilities:

Design high quality deliverables adhering to business requirement with defined automation framework and selenium script design and execution

Develop and maintain highly scalable automation scripts as per client expectation and requirements

Develop/Integrate the code adhering to CI/CD, using Maven and uDeploy

Provide solutions to the automation design and techniques to solve problems as it arises

Work with Cucumber framework and Maven

Should be able to work with a team who might be geographically distributed. Understand the client requirements and delivery first time right. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement new features

Follow best practices and coding guidelines throughout all phases of product lifecycle
