Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Continuously enhance testing frameworks and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BTech, BCA, BE, or BSc.
• Proven experience in QA Automation with a focus on Selenium.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java Selenium for creating robust test scripts.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven track record of improving testing processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience in performance and load testing is a plus
