We are seeking a young, dynamic, and highly skilled Data AI Automation
Specialist (or Data Engineer) who is passionate about leveraging advanced AI
technologies to optimise systems, enhance workflows, and build integrated solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to improve the efficiency,
visibility, and intelligence of organisational data and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Work hands on with leading AI tools such as Claude (This is a must),
ChatGPT and other GenAI platforms to build, optimise, and maintain
Aidriven solutions.
Not just planning or managing, actually using tools, writing prompts,
testing outputs
Evaluate and enhance our existing tools (CRM portal, Gain Hub, etc) to
improve accuracy, efficiency, and output quality. Develop bridges between
existing tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow across
departments. Connect different software/tools so they can talk to each
other (e.g., CRM portal, Gain Hub, etc)
Integrate multiple AI tools and systems to build cohesive workflows and
unified dashboards
Create things like:
o Content generators (reports, scripts)
o Automation workflows
o Internal tools for teams
Create dynamic, real-time data visualisation systems that provide
organisational insights accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Make sure
information moves automatically and accurately between teams (Sales,
Finance, SCM, Service, HR, etc.) without manual work
Use APIs to connect systems
Example: When a sale happens in CRM automatically updates finance
system
Moving data regularly (daily/hourly) between systems
Cleaning and formatting data. Create a single source of truth
Meaning full reports which analyse & help predict too.
e.g. Analyze:
Sales trends
Service performance
Printer failure patterns
Predict:
Which machines will need servicing
Which customers may churn
Where the sales funnel is exhausting
Assess current processes and identify opportunities for automation using AI and
workflow technologies.
Design and implement automated solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and
improve operational efficiency.
Ensure that automated systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business
goals.
Act as an internal AI consultant and contribute to shaping the organisations
digital transformation roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
4-5 years of hands on experience in building-
o Dashboards
o Automations
o System Integrations
Strong experience with AI platforms ( Preference is Claude, GPT models,
automation tools, APIs, integrations, etc.)
Graduated in Computer Science / IT / Data-related field
Should know languages such as SQL, Dotnet (how they work)
Behavioural Skills
Passionate, innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and deliver solutions in a fast-moving
environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Previous experience with a Sales & Service setup would be an added
advantage
