Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Project Coordinator to plan, track, and coordinate project activities across departments to ensure timely execution of automation projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare project plans for design, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities
- Track daily project status and update progress
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, Programming, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Site teams
- Monitor pending/critical tasks and drive closure
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation or related field)
- Minimum 3+ years experience in project coordination
- Preferably from automation / robotics / manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
