We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Maintenance team on a full-time basis:
Major Responsibilities:
- Initiate, Implement and manage Plant Maintenance / Prepare, Analyze and recommend for Plant performance improvement
- Handling & Trouble shooting knowledge about CNC & SPM
- Identifying Root cause ,Corrective action & Implement continuous process
- Ensure compliance of Electrical & Mechanical System with National & Local Government Rules & Regulations
- Spare management & PM Adherence
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
- Good exposure in CNC Machines & Handling with different controllers , Knowledge in Electrical circuits / Servo drives ,motors, Encoders ,PLC & Control wirings
- Good exposure in VFD ,proximity ,limit switches temperature controller
- Hands on experience in handling CNC,SPM & Conventional equipment's like Milling ,Surface grinding etc.,
- Good exposure in ISO 9001-2015 & IATF,TPM, why why ,Root cause ,corrective action & 8D analysis
- Exposure in EHS Compliance
Requirements:
Academic/Professional Education: DME ,BE (ELECTRICAL ,MECTRONICS )
Relevant Experience: With 6 to 10 years with experience in Plant Maintenance / Plant engineering
