Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of teams along multiple work-streams including data partners, integrated systems, and external vendors.
- Query and analyze data to verify results, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance the test automation suites.
- Create automated tests to meet speed-to-market goals while ensuring quality.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automated tests and supporting artifacts to execute automatically in CI/CD pipelines, reducing cycle time.
- Escalate risks and issues to enable effective planning and communication to stakeholders.
- Engage in manual hands-on and exploratory testing whenever circumstances demand it.
- Identify, document, and effectively resolve defects through meticulous reporting and tracking.
- Adhere to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices while driving changes to testing practices where necessary.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Selenium and Java
- Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation
- Knowledge of Typescript (nice-to-have)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize automated test suites
- Good understanding of Quality Engineering processes and defect management
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with at least 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering.
