Adoption Project Specialist

In This Role, You Will:

• Demonstrate understanding of Cvent Hospitality Cloud products when assisting colleagues and clients both on the phone and via email
• Work through projects and assignments, ensure adoption of the product
• Cold calling campaigns
• Drive platform adoption, offer strategic guidance on leveraging the platform, offer best practice tips

Here's What You Need:

• Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
• General understanding and/or experience with other Cvent tools is a plus
• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• While not required, experience using general office software applications and sales automation products such as Salesforce.com is a plus
• Must be in good standing
