Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager - Quality Management Systems (QMS) for an on-site, full-time position based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading quality management initiatives, implementing and maintaining QMS standards, conducting internal audits, and monitoring compliance with industry regulations. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality improvement strategies, provide training on QMS processes, and ensure operational excellence in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and audits
  • Strong understanding of industry compliance and regulatory standards
  • Skills in process improvement, quality control, and risk management
  • Experience in team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the apparel and textile industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in QMS or quality standards are a plus
