Key Responsibilities Asst. Manager HR KMH
- Lead end‑to‑end hiring and onboarding for U171 project roles and V3 volume expansion (permanent, contract, and support staff).
- Manage visa, travel coordination, and documentation for international project teams and supplier visits supporting U171 execution.
- Ensure statutory and labor compliance during workforce ramp‑up, including contractors and extended shifts.
- Support manpower planning, and deployment aligned to ramp‑up and volume requirements.
- Act as single‑point HR contact for KMH project teams, ensuring fast issue resolution and coordination with COEs.
- Support employee relations, attendance discipline, and workforce stabilization during high‑pressure launch phases.
- Coordinate with Operations, Program, SCM, and Finance to align HR actions with project milestones.
- Initial legal approval of CTE, CTO, MPCB, Factory Drawing and License
- Hospitality development
- Regular plant admin responsibility
- Payroll, training and development
Qualifications
Assistant Manager – HR (KMH): Hiring Qualification
MBA in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (LLB with MBA is preferable).
8–12 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in
manufacturing / plant HR environment
- Strong hands‑on experience in statutory & labor compliance
- End‑to‑end HR operations , including:
- Hiring & onboarding (permanent and contract workforce)
- Contractor & manpower administration
- Attendance, discipline, and employee relations
- Exposure to plant HR setup / ramp‑up activities is highly desirable

- Good working knowledge of Indian labor laws applicable to manufacturing plants
- Strong coordination skills with Operations, Finance, and Project teams
- Ability to support high‑pressure project and volume ramp‑up environments Good English communication
