CLIENT: Our client is a German MNC and manufacturer of HVAC and Cooling equipment.
KEY DRIVERS:
- HR Operations & HRMS Management
- Manage and update the HRMS/employee database, ensuring accuracy of employee records, attendance, and leave management across locations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, verification, and processing for timely and error-free salary disbursement.
- Act as the point of contact for HR technology platforms (HRMS, iHCM, ADP), supporting employees with system-related queries.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid level roles, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and agencies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including creation of employee IDs, IT access, HRMS enrollment, business cards, SIM cards, and medical check-ups.
- Conduct induction programs and ensure new joiners are integrated into the workplace culture.
3. Employee Life Cycle Management
- Manage employee probation and confirmation process, ensuring timely evaluation and communication.
- Handle statutory compliance processes related to PF, Gratuity, and Ex-Gratia as per applicable laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Act as the SPOC for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
4. Exit & Separation Management
- Manage exit formalities including clearance process, preparation of relieving letters, full & final settlement coordination, and reference checks.
- Conduct exit interviews and share insights for organizational improvements.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all documentation is updated and compliant with statutory requirements.
- Support HR audits by ensuring proper record keeping and process adherence.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Coordinate monthly headcount reconciliation with Finance and prepare HR dashboards as required.
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Assist in the design and execution of employee engagement programs to foster motivation and retention.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements (hotel/guest house) for employees, ensuring competitive cost and quality standards.
- Support initiatives related to employee health, safety, and well-being.
Incumbent Profile:
- Working in engg product orgn with at 7years of plant HR experience.
- Should have good knowledge in the areas of payroll, labor and social security law.
