Role Summary
We are looking for a Supply Chain professional to manage procurement and vendor operations for solar plant OM activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of electrical items (cables, inverters, BOS) and OM services (module cleaning, manpower, maintenance, etc.)
Handle RFQ/RFP, bidding, and techno-commercial evaluations
Develop and manage Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and service agreements
Lead vendor identification, negotiation, and performance management
Issue POs via SAP/ERP and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth plant operations.
Skills Required
Experience in procurement/SCM within solar/renewable/EPC industry
Strong knowledge of vendor management, contracts, and negotiation
Understanding of solar plant components and OM requirements
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
