Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategies for primary, secondary, distribution channel sales, business development, B2B, and retail sales.
- Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key customers to increase revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in building materials & chemicals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
