Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts in the construction chemical, waterproofing, epoxy, adhesive, sealant industry, focusing on institutional sales and project sales.
- Develop new business opportunities through effective relationship-building with clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue government tenders for waterproofing solutions using epoxy products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction chemicals or related fields.
- Proven track record of success in key account management, new business development, and institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of adhesives, epoxy products, and their applications in various industries (construction).
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
