Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, contracts, and other corporate and legal documents, as well as representing clients in court, quasi judicial authorities and government authorities. The role also involves supporting senior counsel in litigation, attending client meetings, and providing legal opinions. The Associate will work across various areas of law, including litigation, dispute resolution, intellectual property, real estate, corporate transactions and advisory, and other specialized legal services offered by the firm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of two (2) years with a law firm.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills to support case preparation and client advisory work.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, agreements, and reports.
  • Experience in litigation proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and court representation.
  • Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property rights, real estate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university; prior work experience or internships in a legal setting are advantageous.
