About the Role
This is a high-visibility leadership role working directly with the CFO, COO, and CEO, acting as the CFO's key finance partner in India.

What You'll Be Driving
FP&A & Strategic Business Partnering
- Own financial models, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Drive insights on revenue, margins, pricing, and cost optimization
- Build and track key operational metrics (utilization, efficiency, capacity)
- Partner with business and leadership teams to influence decisions
- Lead budgeting cycles, quarterly forecasts, and board-level reporting
Accounting & Controllership Excellence
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely monthly close
- Standardize balance sheet reconciliations and reporting practices
- Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting frameworks
- Drive process improvements and scalability across entities
- Mentor and elevate the quality of the finance team
Audit & Technical Accounting
- Lead coordination with auditors on complex areas
- Enhance audit readiness through strong documentation
- Provide technical accounting guidance across entities
- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards
CFO Office & Leadership Impact
- Act as the CFO's proxy in India during US business hours
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans
- Solve ambiguous, high-impact business problems
- Drive cross-functional finance leadership
- Play a key role in building and scaling the India finance function
What We're Looking For
- 12–15+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting / FP&A
- CA / CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of accounting and financial close processes
- Experience in multi-entity / global environments preferred
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus)
- Interest in leveraging automation / AI in finance
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholder exposure
