Mandate: Owner& Architect of the Transformation Journey. You will give life to the visionof evolving a global service leader into an AI-native platform ecosystem, conceptualizing a System of Intelligence that decouples revenue growth from linear headcount.

1. The Mission: 0-to-1 Product Orchestration

As a Thinker-Executor, you own the transition from manual servicedelivery to an intelligent product substrate.

• Platform 0-to-1:Lead the conceptualization and delivery of a scalableplatform that turns decades of domain expertise into a high-margin digital asset.
• Commercial DNA: Design product differentiators through intelligent bundling, pricing models, and loyalty drivers that maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and ecosystem coverage.
• Decoupling Growth: Eliminate the Wait Time Paradox by architecting workflows where AI handles transactional logic, moving the workforce into strategic advisoryroles.

1. Technical Pillars: Intelligence & Automation
2. Decision Intelligence & Knowledge Base

• Intelligence Arbitrage: Architect the transition to Decision Intelligence, where probabilistic models handle numerical reconciliation and compliance with zero-error tolerance.
• Knowledge Vault & Query Engine: Build a structured Rule Repository (codifying unstructured ground-truth data) and an LLM/SLM-based Query Engine toautomatically resolve tactical friction.
• Practice &Customer DNA: Use KnowledgeGraphs to standardize global compliance while tracking customer service penetration to drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

1. Orchestration& RPA

• System of Agents: Coordinate a multi-agent layer for internaldelivery (Back-end) and client acquisition (Front-end).
• RPA Synergy:Strategically leveragethe existing UiPath landscapeas a bridge between modern AI-native systems and legacy accounting portals.

The Must-Haves

• 0-to-1 TrackRecord: Proven success takinga complex productfrom a blank canvas to market scale.
• Product Mindset& Management: Proven 0-to-1 trackrecord of conceptualizing and delivering high-margin platform assets by codifying complex domain expertise into scalable product ecosystems.
• Engineering Depth: 15–20+ years total experience; 8+ years leadingteams of 50+. You must have the depth to distinguish technical noise from reliable knows.
• AI/ML in Production: Direct experience deployingAgentic Workflows, RAG pipelines, or LLM/SLMs for high-stakes financial data.
• RPA Proficiency: Strategic and tactical exposureto UiPath or similarautomation tools.
• Education:B.E./B.Tech or M.S. from a top-tierinstitution (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent).

The Nice-to-Haves

• Fintech/SaaS Pedigree: Experience in business/knowledge processoutsourcing and operationally complex customer centric environments where accuracy is paramount.
• ERP: Familiarity with modernERPs (e.g., Zoho, ERPNext) for internal/corporate team usage.
